How does Sandbar really remove plastic from the ocean?
After every sale we fund the physical removal of 1 kg of plastic from the ocean. We have partnered with a really exciting environmental company here in South East Asia called Seven Clean Seas. You can also join us on beach clean ups and see the team in action on Our Mission page

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Sandbar?
At Sandbar, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by WooCommerce. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we do not store any cardholder account data. All credit card payment service are secure and are handled by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Personalisation
How long will it take to personalise an item?
Adding a monogram or custom embroidery requires and additional 1-2 days. Personalisation is done in house Monday-Friday and aim to complete our personalised orders by 2pm the same day or next business day, depending on the time of your order.
Can I make my own print?
Yes you can, please contact us to discuss this in more detail.
Returns And Refunds
Can I get a refund
If you are unsatisfied with any item you have purchased, the item can be returned to us for an exchange or store credit. Please visit our Tanglin Mall store, 163 Tanglin Road, 02-155.
My item is faulty
We take time to carefully inspect every swimsuit before we send it, however in the rare case that you may have received a faulty swimsuit, please contact as soon as possible. Please do let us know within 14 days of receipt and the item can be returned to us for an exchange or store credit. Please visit our Tanglin Mall store, 163 Tanglin Road, 02-155.
How do I return and exchange my item - Singapore
If you are unhappy with the size or design and you would like to exchange your item, you have 14 days from receipt to return the item to us for an exchange. Please visit our Tanglin Mall store, 163 Tanglin Road, 02-155. Goods must be returned in its original condition with all packaging intact and all tags and labels still attached. Sale Items are not eligible for exchange or return unless the item is faulty
How do I return and exchange my item - Outside of Singapore
If you are unhappy with the size or design and you would like to exchange your item, you have 30 days from receipt to return the item to us for an exchange. Please return your item in its original condition with all packaging intact and all tags and labels still attached and we will dispatch your new product to you. Sale Items are not eligible for exchange or return unless the item is faulty
Orders + Shipping
I have added incorrect shipping details, can I update?
Yes. If you have not received our shipping confirmation email yet, there is still time to update these details. Please contact us to inform us of the changes
Singapore: Can same day delivery be arranged for my order?
The cut off for processing is 5pm Singapore time for same day and next day deliveries for online orders.
Online orders made after 5pm, requesting next next day delivery, will be counted either as a same day delivery and a top up charge applies or eligible for next day delivery, the next working day. To avoid disappointment please state on the order notes.
*However if you urgently require same day delivery we would hate to disappoint! Do please call or WhatsApp us directly by 8pm at the latest and we can see if our GWC store is able to accommodate delivery or self arranged pick up, before they close at 9pm.
Please note that if you require personalisation, same day delivery or next day delivery is not possible without a surcharge of $15 per item. We must however check that this is possible first and any submitted order with personalisation, requested for same or next day delivery, is not guaranteed until we have reached out to you to clarify and agree on the order and the surcharge.
How will my items be packaged?
Your items will be packaged inside our eco gift box and tissue paper. You will have the option at cart page to add a gift card to your order. Please include your custom message and we will handwrite inside the gift card for you.
Do Sandbar parcels include any pricing information?
No. Rest assured, for your gifting pleasure, all orders placed through our online store will be free of invoices, price tags & packing slips. You (the purchaser) will receive the order and shipping confirmations to your email address and/or phone number only.
How do I track my order?
Our shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link where you can follow the delivery progress of your parcel online via our third party courier partner.
Can I change the currency?
Yes you can pay in a number of local currencies. By default we assuming the location you are accessing the website from is your preferred currency.
Will I have to pay import tax on my orders?
All orders are dispatched from Singapore. Depending on your local countries regulations on importation you may have to pay import taxes

How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping timeframe is 1-3 business days after your parcel has been dispatched. Our parcels are dispatched every Monday to Friday. If your item has been personalised, please expect a 1-2 day lead time to dispatch. Worldwide shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days via DHL Express after your order is dispatched. If your item has been personalised, please expect a 1-2 day lead time to dispatch. Delivery timing of all international parcels are subject to customs inspection. We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies depending on the weight of your order and where you live. We offer various options from registered delivery to a climate neutral DHL Express service.
Is stock guarunteed when I place my order?
Our team is lean and we are keeping up with our inventory! In the event that you place an order for an item and it happens to be out of stock, we will endeavour to call you and source the most similar alternative.
